Refund policy

Every piece in our shop is crocheted by hand. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, we will make it right.

How to report a problem: email us at forever200553@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a photo of the damaged or faulty item.

What you get: once we confirm the problem, you choose either a free replacement or a 100% refund of the amount you paid for that item. You do not need to send the item back unless we ask you to.

Refunds go back to your original payment method (PayPal or card). Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear.

Please note: because each piece is made by hand, small differences in shape and color from the photos are normal and are not considered defects. We do not accept returns for change of mind.
