1. OVERVIEW
This website is operated by BookIsMyLifeBind ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our store or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

2. OUR PRODUCTS
All items are handmade crochet pieces. Because each piece is made by hand, small differences in size, shape, and color from the product photos are normal and are not considered defects. Colors may also look slightly different depending on your screen. Our products are decorative items and gifts. Items with small parts (such as keychains and charms) are not suitable for children under 3.

3. PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We accept payment through PayPal and the other methods shown at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price you pay is the price shown when you place your order.

4. ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS
After you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example if an item is out of stock or if there is an error in pricing. If we cancel your order after payment, you will receive a full refund. To cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

5. SHIPPING
- Shipping cost: $6.99 per item.
- Free shipping on orders over $300.
- Delivery time: 5 to 14 business days worldwide after your order ships.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or holidays are outside our control. Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country.

6. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at forever200553@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and the packaging. After we review your request, we will send you a free replacement or issue a 100% refund, based on your choice and item availability. You do not need to return the damaged item unless we ask you to.

7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Our full return and refund terms are described in our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or PayPal.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including photos, designs, text, and logos, belongs to BookIsMyLifeBind. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

9. REVIEWS AND CUSTOMER CONTENT
If you send us reviews, photos, or comments, you allow us to display them on our website and social media. We may remove any content that is offensive, false, or unrelated to our products.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent allowed by law, BookIsMyLifeBind is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim will not be more than the amount you paid for the order in question. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country.

12. GOVERNING LAW
